How to pay your WASAC water bill

What you need

• Your WASAC bill / customer details
• Money on Mobile Money or in your bank

Steps

1. Check your invoice amount (WASAC has a "Check Water Invoice" page).
2. Mobile Money: dial your network's Mobile Money USSD code and follow the instructions for water payment.
3. Bank: deposit into a WASAC revenue account at Ecobank, BK, GT Bank, I&M Bank or Equity Bank. Account numbers are on WASAC's payment page.
4. Keep the payment confirmation.

Tips

• If your water is cut off for non-payment, it's reconnected only after you pay the balance plus a Rwf 5,000 fine.
• Use the revenue accounts listed on WASAC's own website, not numbers sent to you by someone else.
