What you need
- Company name, phone number and email
- Trade licence or legal document number, and a copy to upload
- Business type and location (province, district, sector)
- Name and title of the signatory, with signature and company stamp
Steps
- Open MTN's MoMoPay application form (link below).
- Fill in your business details, location and signatory.
- Upload your trade licence or legal document.
- Click Submit. MTN must check your KYC documents before activating the account.
- Once active, MTN gives you a merchant code that customers use to pay you.
Tips
- Customers pay no extra fee when paying a merchant.
